How to make an order
CHOOSE

You can also come to our shop/showroom in the city center of Prague and Brno. You can find opening hours here.
When making an eshop order, don't forget to add extra accessory to your cane, you never know when you will need to swich the rubber ferrule.
ORDER
When you are sure about what to pick, click on ADD TO CART and the system will afterwards lead you where enter your contact and other information. After sending your order you will recieve a confirmation on your email.
We also provide an option of telephone orders.
PAY
You can pay by card at the moment of creating your order, pay by bank transfer or on delivery cash or by card.
SHIPPING
We are sending orders within 1-3 work days (unless we agreed on other term). Items are finely packed in bubblewrap foil and carton boxes.
ENJOY
After recieving your package, please check its content and the quality of products. If you are not pleased or the product doesn't fit, you have 3 week to return them. Products which can't be returned: used or damaged walking canes, damaged hats or caps, shortened canes or custom-made canes.
