How to choose the right cane?

It is very important to choose the right one. Walking cane is not only your support, but also a stylish accessory which encourages your personality. This is the place where elegance and charm meets practicality.

Firstly, you should consider how you will use the cane. Whether just as an stylish accessory, as a light support or as a big helper.

Another parameter to think about is the material and the colour of cane. Wood is a traditional and light material, we offer raw, natural looking woden canes, but you can also choose varnished wood or colored wood. Another type are canes made from aluminium, they typically have adjustable height and provide great support. Also foldable canes are made from aluminium. Aluminium canes come in various designs, there are plenty to choose from. Other type are canes from composite material, which is very light but provides great support. Composite canes are more expensive, but will serve you a lifetime.

Adjustable canes are a great gift if you are not sure about the height of the person. Foldable are for ones who don't need to use the cane everyday and will rather keep the cane in a bag and take it out only in some occasions.

Straight handle is for those who need good support, you can find it on wooden canes or on crutch-type canes.

Atypical handles (shaped life animals atd.) are rather decorative, for collectors or as a stylish accessory.
